How to access Smartsign Player Config​

If there is no Config shortcut, you can access the configuration by launching the Player and then inputting the following combinations. (APK v10.24+)
Using remote: UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT
Using keyboard: 1 2 3 4

Change orientation​

  1. Press MENU on the remote control
  2. Select Administrator Settings
  3. Select ⚙ System
  4. Select OSD
  5. Select Screen Rotation
  6. Select Landscape or Portrait

Known limitations​

Screenshots don't include video​

Any surface playing video will appear empty. This is a current limitation in Sharp's API.
